Digital Project Manager.

The Role: 

Dreamers of Day is looking for a Project Manager to manage web-based solutions that involve web development and design, integration of CMS platforms such as WordPress & Drupal, as well as experimental/highly interactive online experiences. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills with our clients—keeping them up to date with scheduling, project changes, and managing expectations regarding deliverables and timelines. The project manager will help manage resourcing of developers and designers to accomplish the tasks/projects at hand.

Responsibilities: 

• Managing multiple projects at once from start to finish
• Establishing and building strong client relationships
• Involvement in project estimation (including scope development), planning, design, deployment, and ongoing support needs
• Delivering projects on time and on budget
• Assigning tasks and providing guidance based on project timelines
• Manage and tracking of potential issues throughout process
• Deliver weekly status reports to client
• Managing/Updating project schedules/timelines
• Acting as a primary point of contact for client communication during process
• Perform quality assurance testing on projects
• Assist in general operations and business development related tasks

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 2+ years of related experience in digital project management
• Be a passionate individual with a high degree of professionalism
• Be a self-starter with a can-do attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be comfortable in fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to fine detail
• Conceptual understanding of HTML/CSS/JS
• SEO knowledge a plus
• WordPress knowledge a plus
• Ability to work as a team as well as independently
