About this Role

Dreamers of Day is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to help expand our agency’s client base. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients to fuel our sales pipeline.

As a Business Development Associate, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, introducing them to Dreamers of Day’s digital solutions and setting the stage for successful partnerships.

This is a great opportunity for someone with mid-level experience in sales, business development, or the digital agency space.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, industry databases, and other online sources.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to engage prospects.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their business needs, budget, and decision-making process.
  • Schedule and lead sales calls and pitch presentations for prospective clients.
  • Respond to RFPs, including drafting proposals and coordinating with internal teams to deliver compelling responses.
  • Hand off qualified leads to the management team and assist in deal negotiations as needed.
  • Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive).
  • Track outreach metrics and report on lead generation performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and best practices in digital sales.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and initiating conversations with potential clients.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive (a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for technology, digital products, and the agency space.
